Lambda Theta Omega proudly welcomes new members

Lambda Theta Omega Chapter proudly welcomes 11 new members to the sisterhood of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.  Membership Intake activities concluded June 17. New members are Nicole Baker, Stephanie Bess, Shontreal Cooper, Crystalyn Foster, Tomay Gowens, Cynthia Greene-Dukes, Della Guin, Jasmine McClam, Ashley McCray, Emma Murray, and Nicole Singletary. The June 17, activities included a luncheon in honor of the new chapter members.  Family members and friends were invited guests for the luncheon. The 11 new members will join the other 44 chapter members as they continue to work in service to all mankind. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated was founded on the campus of Howard University in Washington, DC on January 15, 1908. This year marks 110 years for this illustrious sisterhood.
