Robert Dewaine Elliott, Jr., 36, of Andrews, was killed in a single vehicle accident on March 10 at approximately 4:56am. The collision occurred on Earle Rd. near Seaboard Rd., four miles west of Andrews.
Elliott was driving north on Earle Rd. when his 1992 Chevy SUV ran off the road to the right. Elliott overcorrected, and his vehicle rolled and landed in a ditch, according to Master Trooper Mitchell Ridgeway. Elliott was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation is still underway by the SC Highway Patrol.
