Dr. Latetia Staggers, Williamsburg County School District’s Executive Director of Professional Development and Instructional Support, graduated from the South Carolina Department of Education Institute for District Administrators (IDA) Cohort Twenty-Five.
This seven-month rigorous program is designed to equip district leaders with the knowledge, skills, and characteristics needed to serve and lead highly effective district teams.
Participants develop job-embedded experiences and personalization to support them as district-level leaders. In addition, district administrators will leverage critical strategies to address instructional challenges and shifts in the field of education.
