Noonday Prayer - St. Paul United Methodist Church, 3733 Thurgood Marshall Hwy., Kingstree, will be open for noonday prayer on Wednesdays. We invite anyone who wants to come in and spend time with God to stop by and pray as long as they would like.  The church will open at 12 p.m. and remain open until after Bible Study at 6 p.m.  All are welcome to share in our Bible Study as well.

 

Program - Lady Christ-N-Ty Youth Ministry sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month. If you are looking for youth to come to your church to perform praise dancing and singing, lifting the name of Jesus. Ministry - Lady Christ-N-Ty Youth Outfield Ministry Bible study will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 p.m. until. The Bible study will be held at Hwy. 52, the  Powell Trailer Park. For more information contact TeaTon at (843) 356-7397. Refreshments will follow.

 

Activities - Christ “N” Me Youth Outfield Ministry activities will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Throw and catch, puzzles, games, singing, and dancing and so much more. Services - The Church of God and True Holiness, 1185 Thorne Avenue, Kingstree,  invites everyone to join us in our weekly services. Services are 1st and 3rd Sundays at 9 a.m. with Sunday School and Praise service at 10 a.m. Praise/Worship on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and Bible study every 2nd and 4th Sundays and Thursday nights at True Holiness Church of Deliverance II, 229 N. McQueen St., Florence.

Apostle James A. Pratt, Jr. is the pastor.

 

Yard Sale - Corrie House Garments of Grace Ministries of Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, located at the end of Sandy Bay Rd., will have an indoor yard sale every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Men’s Fellowship - Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 18 South Main Street, Greeleyville, Men’s Fellowship Ministry  and Pastor Otis L. Williams, Jr. extends a cordial invitation to men in the community and surrounding areas to join us in worship Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m.

 

Clothes Giveaway - Kingstree Church of Christ, 1288 Sumter Hwy., Kingstree, will have a clothes giveaway on Saturday, December 22, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

 

Anniversary - It’s the 51st anniversary service of the New Friendship Freewill Baptist Church Gospel Choir of Kingstree on Sunday, November 11, at 5 p.m.

Guest speaker will be the Rev. Norman Gamble along with his choir and members of Ebenezer Baptist Church of Florence. The church is located at 9 Randolph St., Kingstree. The pastor is the Rev. James E. Williams.

 

Revival - The East Lake City Believers Holiness Church Family will be hosting their fall revival.  These religious services will take place beginning on Wednes-day, November 7  to Friday, November 9, at 7:30 p.m. each night. The guest revivalist for these anointed services will be Elder Dwayne Brayboy, pastor of Macedonia Believers Holiness Church of the Sandy Bay Community of Cades, along with his church family. The East Lake City Believers Holiness is located at 1847 McCutcheon Road, Lake City.

 

Save the Date - Agape Hospice Memorial Service will be held on November 13, at Greater Commission Ministries, 3503 Turbeville Hwy., Lake City. Supper will be served at 6:30 p.m. and service to follow at 7:30 p.m.

 

Teachings From The Ark - Teachings From The Ark announces the following events for the month of November. November 10, Thanksgiving feast November 17, movie at 11:30 a.m., admission is $3 adults; and $2 children with free refreshments. November 24, closed All events start at 12 p.m. except food pantry. Teachings From The Ark’s Food Pantry will be open to the public, Saturday, November 17, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at 101 E. Main Street, Kingstree. All recipients are required to show a current valid Photo I.D. in order to receive commodities. No exceptions.

 

Tea - St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church Women’s Missionary Society will be hosting their annual tea. The theme for this  year is “Imagine the Possibili-Tea’s” on Sunday, November 11, at 4 p.m. The public is invited to an evening of inspirational teaching, praise, and worship. Anniversary - Siloam Missionary Baptist Church sents out “Three Cheers” for Pastor Terry and First Lady Phyllis Law with three days of celebration in honor of Pastor Law’s eighth pastoral anniversary. It’s a weekend of praise and worship. Friday, November 16, 6 p.m. a musical concert will be held at the Siloam Baptist Church, 200 Madison Ave., Kingstree, featuring music from Florence Community Chorale, New Inspirational Choir, Spirit of David, and Tri-M Choir along with a group whose praise comes through dance. Saturday, November 17, 5 p.m. a pre-anniversary banquet with honored guest pastors and other church friends and family will be held at Williamsburg County Education Cafeteria, 500 N. Academy St., Kingstree. The speaker for the evening is Pastor David Woods of Oak Grove Baptist Church of Salters. Sunday, November 18, Siloam will meet for its regular 11 a.m. worship service and receive the message from guest pastor, Marion Newton of Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church of Sumter. They’ll take a short spiritual break to nourish their bodies and return at 3 p.m. to continue feeding their souls with Pastor Eddie Davis of World of Life Christian Ministries of Bennettsville.

Revival - St. Michael United Methodist of the Cedar Swamp Community of Kingstree cordially invites you to their two nights Homecoming Harvest Revival to be held Wednesday and Thursday nights, November 14 and November 15, at 7:30 p.m.

Our guest speaker will be the Rev. Jimmy Brockington of Marion Baptist and St. John 4-B Church. The Homecoming and  Harvest Feast worship service will be  held Sunday, November 18,  at 11 a.m. The pastor is the Rev. Samuel B. Cooper.

 

Conference - Shekinah Temple Church family would like to invite you to their conference entitled “Where There is Unity, There is Strength” from Wednesday, November 14 to Friday, November 16, at 7 p.m. The guest speakers are Elder Vita Reese of Charleston; Pastor Cassie Jones of Columbia; and Pastor Cheryl Graham of Manning, respectively.

 

Christmas Cantata - Mount Zion United Methodist Church Music Department and Fine Arts Ministry presents its fifth annual Evening Christmas Cantata, Silent Night! Holy Night! on Sunday, November 25, at 5:30 p.m. gathering and special music and 6 p.m. Cantata. The Rev. J. Jeannette´ Cooper is the pastor and Kendrick Rashond Huggins is the Minister of Music/Organist.
