Noonday Prayer - St. Paul United Methodist Church, 3733 Thurgood Marshall Hwy., Kingstree, will be open for noonday prayer on Wednesdays. We invite anyone who wants to come in and spend time with God to stop by and pray as long as they would like.  The church will open at 12 p.m. and remain open until after Bible Study at 6 p.m.  All are welcome to share in our Bible Study as well.

 

Program - Lady Christ-N-Ty Youth Ministry sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month. If you are looking for youth to come to your church to perform praise dancing and singing, lifting the name of Jesus. Ministry - Lady Christ-N-Ty Youth Outfield Ministry Bible study will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 p.m. until. The Bible study will be held at Hwy. 52, the  Powell Trailer Park.  For more information contact TeaTon at (843) 356-7397. Refreshments will follow.

 

Activities - Christ “N” Me Youth Outfield Ministry activities will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Throw and catch, puzzles, games, singing, and dancing and so much more. Services - The Church of God and True Holiness, 1185 Thorne Avenue, Kingstree,  invites everyone to join us in our weekly services. Services are 1st and 3rd Sundays at 9 a.m. with Sunday School and Praise service at 10 a.m. Praise/Worship on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and Bible study every 2nd and 4th Sundays and Thursday nights at True Holiness Church of Deliverance II, 229 N. McQueen St., Florence. Apostle James A. Pratt, Jr. is the pastor.

 

Yard Sale - Corrie House Garments of Grace Ministries of Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, located at the end of Sandy Bay Rd., will have an indoor yard sale every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Anniversary - The male chorus of New Friendship Freewill Baptist Church of Kingstree

will present its 13th anniversary program on Sunday, September 9, at 3 p.m.

 

Clothes Giveaway - Kingstree Church of Christ, 1288 Sumter Hwy., Kingstree, will have a clothes giveaway on Saturday, September 29, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

 

Choir Anniversary - The Senior Choir of East Lake City Believers Holiness Church, 1847 McCutcheon Road, Lake City, will be celebrating their 70th Choir Anniversary on Sunday, Aug. 19, at 4 p.m. Evang. Dr. Lue Salters is the pastor.

 

Worship - Shekinah Temple Church family would like to invite you to come worship with them for their Youth Revival Thursday, August 16 through Friday, August 17, at 7 p.m. The guest speaker will be Pastor Jacqueline Wilson of The WORD Holiness Church of Kingstree. The pastor is Prophetess Janet L. McCrea.

 

Poetry - An evening of songs, poetry, and spoken word, hosted by Quinton and Tameca Graham Ministries, will be held September 8, at 6 p.m. at St. Lawrence Community Center, 5321 US Hwy. 521, Salters.

 

Revival - Netties Temple F.B.C., 341 Peachtree St., Lake City, will have revival on August 22, August 23, and August 24. The speaker will be Prophetess Dorothy L. Jett of Hinesville, Georgia.

 

Holy Convocation - Mega Omega Ministries Holy Convocation is rapidly approaching. These Holy events will be filled with fellowshipping, preaching, teaching, praying, praising and worshipping, and rededicating our lives back to God so that He can use us and take us to a higher level. Mark your calendar for these dates as Assistant Pastor Elder Spencer Gaither and Bishop J.D. Graham take it to another level ministering a powerful life changing word by a mighty move of the Holy Spirit. Services begin Thursday, August 30 and Friday, August 31, at 7:30 p.m. nightly. Our guest-proclaimer will be Assistant Pastor Elder Spencer Gaither of Florence Chapter Ministries of Florence.

On Sunday afternoon, September 9, at 4 p.m. Pro-claiming the Word of God will be our Presiding Prelate Bishop J.D. Graham of Mega Omega Ministries. During this service five people will be ordained. Among those being ordained are Evangelist Betty Jean Frierson, Evangelist Jerese Jeffery, Evangelist Mary Hannah, and Minister Marty Slater, and one as Deacon, Trustee Darnell Singletary. The church is located at 3147 N. Williamsburg County Hwy., Cades.

 

Men’s Fellowship - Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 18 South Main Street, Greeleyville, Men’s Fellowship Ministry  and Pastor Otis L. Williams, Jr. extends a cordial invitation to men in the community and surrounding areas to join us in worship Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m.

 

Teachings From The Ark - Teachings From The Ark announces the following events for the month of August. August 18 a movie, admission is $3, adults; and $2, children with free refreshments at 11:30 a.m. August 25 Teachings All events start at 12 p.m. except movie and food pantry. Teachings From The Ark’s Food Pantry will be open to the public, Saturday, August 18, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at 101 East Main Street, Kingstree. All recipients are required to show a current valid photo ID in order to receive commodities. No exceptions.
