Wade Perry Feagin, 60, died Wednesday January 18, 2012, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held Saturday, January 21, 2012, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel in Scranton. Burial, directed by Carolina Funeral Home, followed at Lake City Memorial Park. Mr. Feagin was born November 2, 1951, in Williamsburg County, a son of Juanita Smith Feagin and the late Leo Feagin. He was a graduate of Hebron High School and was a retired truck driver. He was a long-time resident of Kingstree and was a very talented musician and singer. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dempsey Feagin. Survivors, addition to his mother of Florence, are: his children, Shane Feagin (Hope) of Conway; Kerry Balder (Don) of Charlotte, North Carolina; Gayla Feagin and Atlanta Feagin, both of Conway; one sister, Marie Herndon (Vernon) of Summerville; three brothers, Raydell Feagin (Gladys) of Florence; Garry Feagin (Carolyn) of Scranton; and Barney Feagin of Huntsville, Alabama; and four grandsons.
