Funeral services for Terrell Mins Chandler, conducted by the Rev. Clement Grant and Elder Billy Chandler, Sr., were held Thursday, August 13, 2009, at Central Missionary Baptist Church of Salters. Burial, directed by Henryhand Funeral Home, followed at Rocky Ford Cemetery in Salters. Mr. Chandler died Saturday, August 8, 2009. He was born May 8, 1989, in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended Hernwood Elementary School in Baltimore County, Maryland. He attended The Kingstree Church of Christ. He continued his education at C.E. Murray High School and Kingstree Senior High. He earned his high school diploma from Job Corp in Bamberg and obtained further instruction at the Denmark College. Survivors are: his father, Michael Chandler, Sr. of Salters; his mother, Diane Wilbourn and step-father Earl Wilbourn, Sr. of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; two brothers, Michael Chandler, Jr. of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and Marcus Chandler of Kingstree; three sisters, Ashley Chandler of Kingstree; and Shelby Chandler and Tyler Chandler, both of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and his grandmothers, Margaret Chandler of Salters; and Flossie Jeffers of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
