This building, located on Hampton Avenue was the topic of discussion at a recent meeting between the Kingstree Zoning Board of Appeals and the building’s owners. The structure, who’s third story roof has collapsed, thus creating potentially unsafe conditions, was under order for demolition but pleas by several citizens and others delayed the action for the time being.
