Kevin Christopher Bradley, 20, of Kingstree, was sentenced on January 27, to 25-year and five-year prison terms in connection to separate charges involving Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) with two female minors.
The first indictment originated from Bradley’s August 2009 arrest, where he was charged with one count of first-degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and one count of second-degree CSC against a female minor. Bradley was later charged with one count of second-degree CSC against a different female minor.
First-degree Criminal Sexual Conduct is charged if the victim is less than 11 years old and carries a mandatory 25-year minimum prison term. Second-degree Criminal Sexual Conduct is charged if the victim is 14 years old or less, but at least 11 years old. The crimes are considered most serious and under certain circumstances, can result in a person being sentenced to life in prison or even the death penalty.
Bradley stood trial and was found guilty on the first two charges. After being sentenced to 25 years, Bradley plead guilty to the second-degree CSC charge associated with the second victim and was sentenced to five years. Bradley will serve the two prison terms consecutively. He will have to serve 85 percent of his time before he becomes eligible for parole.

The time is got is not enough. And for the one that stated their are others that have done the same and just did not get caught. They have not by man ut by God. And if I ever hear of any grown man doing such thing I will be the first to report it and have it looked into. Those young girls did not deserve to be violated in that manner, any manner. I have a lil girl and if anybody so much as look at her the wrong way I will sing my praise to the Lord from behind bars if need be.

i feel so sorry for the females involved and their families, the days that lay ahead. To have this with them for the rest of their days. i also feel sorry for the family of the young man. i am pretty sure they feel horrible about what happened. it has been a while since i have seen this young man, and to me he had a promising future. my prayer goes out the many young ladies that have gone through similar situations and their attacker has not been brought to justice.

Wow. I went to school with him and I just think it is crazy how someone can throw their whole life away for making not one but two wrong decisions. I wonder what the hell he was thinking!Furthermore, he was not the only guy in town messing around with younger girls. He was just the only one to get caught. The rest of them constantly get away with it. I hope this is a lesson for those who have done it and those who are thinking about messing around with underaged females. I also hope that younger females or females in general realize how sacred their bodies are. These girl truley were taking advantaged of and it is not right. However, these valuable life lessons begin with the parents.

He should've gotten more time then that......thats one sick person. I have lil girls and for someone his age to take advantage of them lil girls like that is bad.
