JOHNNY PENDERGRASS, KINGSTREE

Funeral services for Johnny Pendergrass, conducted by the Rev. Terry B. Law, Sr. and the Rev. Archie L. Richmond, were held Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at Siloam Missionary Baptist Church of Kingstree. Burial, directed by Redmond-Richardson Funeral Home, followed at Greenlawn Cemetery of Kingstree. Mr. Pendergrass, 95, died Friday, December 7, 2012, at his residence in Kingstree. He was born October 15, 1917, in Kingstree, the son of the late Peter Pendergrass and Elmira Mouzon Pendergrass. Seven siblings preceded him in death. He was married to the late Queen Victoria Jenkins Pendergrass. He was a member of Siloam Baptist Church. He was employed by Baxter Laboratories, Inc. of a number of years.

Survivors are: six children, Frances, Clydia, Curtis, Barbara Jean, Harris Lee, and Johnny Earl.
