Memorial services for Mrs. Jannie Ruth “Ma” Jones were held Saturday, July 28, 2012, at the Inez Henryhand Memorial Chapel of St. Stephen, directed by Henryhand Funeral Home. Mrs. Jones died Monday, July 23, 2012, at her residence in Pineville. She was born January 1, 1943, in Bowman, the daughter of the late Willie and Marie Rock. She was a member of New Beginning of Cross, where she was the Mother of the Church. She was educated in the public schools of Eadytown. She was married to the late Arthur Jones. Survivors are: one son, William Rock of South Dakota; two daughters, Wendy Boyd (Kevin) and Jessica Fuller, both of Pineville; one sister, Bertha Britton; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
