JACKSON WILLIAMSON - KINGSTREE

Jackson Arial “Jack” Williamson, husband of Sylvia Williamson died Wednesday July 29, 2009. Memorial services, directed by Williamsburg Funeral Home, were held Sunday, August 2, 2009, at Kingstree United Methodist Church. Mr. Williamson was born August 13, 1930, in Lake City, a son of the late Albert Otis Williamson and Maude Buddin Williamson. He graduated from Kingstree High School; attended Clemson Cotton Classing School; was a salesman for Stuckey Brothers Parts Company for 25 years; owned and operated Kingstree Amer-ican Auto Parts for 13 years; was a member of the Kingstree United Methodist Church; past Master of Kingstree Lodge #46 A.F.M.; and past district deputy of the 30th Masonic district. Survivors are: his wife Sylvia; one daughter Vicki Williamson Davidson (Wally) of Social Circle, Georgia; one son, Jackson “Jay” A. William-son Jr. (Julie) of Aurora, Colorado; two brothers Dr. H. Oliver Williamson (Jean) and the Reverend Needham Williamson (Roselle); one sister Mary Ellen Sprawls; and four grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Kingstree United Metho-dist Church or the Williamson Cemetery (c/o Aubrey Williamson, 325 Birchwood Drive, Kingstree, SC 29556).
