Heyward D. “Buck” Moore, 67, died Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at his residence. Graveside services were held Sunday, February 24, 2013, at the Twin Pines Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery, directed by Williamsburg Funeral Home. Mr. Moore was born May 22, 1945, in Andrews, a son of Willie D. Moore and Jessie B. Micheau Moore. He was retired and enjoyed shad fishing and camping. He was a member of Church of God of Prophecy. Survivors are: five sisters, Maybelle Thomas (Jerry), Irene Jolly (Jimmy), Ales Conyers, Mary Tisdale (Grady), all of Kingstree; and Hilda (Donnie) Kirby of Tennessee; and three brothers, Rhett Moore (Dorothy), Jimmy Moore and Kenneth “BoBo” Moore (Linda Sue), all of Kingstree. Memorials may be made to the “Buck” Moore Funeral Fund, 332 E. Main Street, Kingstree, SC 29556.
