Good Shepherd Outreach Ministries, 118 Commerce Street, Sumter, will celebrate its sixth anniversary on Saturday, April 18, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., a family and friends cook. Pastor Larry Wright of Heal the Land Ministry of Fayetteville, North Carolina will preach the sixth year anniversary message at 4 p.m.
Boys to Men meeting

Men’s Health Fair
Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Pi Sigma Chapter, and DHEC announces their third annual Men’s Health Day to be held at St. Paul United Methodist on Saturday, April 18, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Topics covered: prostrate cancer, physical activity, nutrition, body and soul training for churches, and much more, men and women are welcome to attend. Our theme for this year, “real men checkin’ it out,” we look forward to seeing you there!

Worship Service
The Kingstree District Sons of Allen of the AME church will have its annual banquet on Saturday, April 25, at 6 p.m. at Williamsburg County Recreation Department and its annual worship service on Sunday, April 26, at 4 p.m. at Greater Bethel AME Church in Kingstree. The Rev. Joshua Dupree is the host pastor. The speaker for the occasion will be Presiding Elder Joseph Postell of the Newberry /Spartanburg District.

Teachings From The Ark
April 18, movie, admission is $2. Free refreshments will be served, all events at 12 p.m.
Teachings From The Ark’s pantry will be open to the public, Saturday, April 18, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at 101 E. Main St., Kingstree. All recipients are required to show a current valid photo I.D. card in order to receive commodities. April 25, Teachings At The Ark begin at 12 p.m. with dining afterwards.
Cornerstone Ceremony
Bethel United Methodist Church invites you to the laying of the Cornerstone Ceremony on Sunday, April 26, at 4 p.m. The guest speaker for the ceremony will be the Rev. Eddie C. Thomas, Jr., pastor of Mount Zion/Bowers Chapel of Florence. The Square Deal Lodge #448 PHA of Kingstree will perform the laying of the Cornerstone Ceremony.
Also, at this very special ceremony, the church is asking friends and family members to make contributions as the church moves toward its next project, Burning the Mortgage. Blessed Angela Meal
On April 31 from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., St. Ann Catholic Center at 908 Thorne Ave. in Kingstree offers a free hot lunch. Everyone is welcome. This meal is offered on the last Tuesday of each month all year long.
Free Breakfast
Greater Bethel AME Church will be serving a free hot breakfast on the last Friday of each month until further notice from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. The church is located at 308 W. Main St., Kingstree. Everyone is welcome.
