Kids Fall Festival
Kids fall festival will be held Saturday, October 24, at First Assembly of God, 872 Sumter Hwy., Kingstree, from 2-5 p.m. Free fun for all. Free souvenir pictures taken on the choppers.
Anniversary
Jerusalem United Methodist Church Adult Choir will celebrate its 28th anniversary on Sunday, October 4, at 4 p.m. The church is located at 1277 Blakely Rd., Salters. The pastor is the Rev. Thurmond Williams.
Gospel Play
The gospel stage play, “Blind But Now I See,” by Good Time Productions will be held on October 3, at the Williamsburg County Complex at 6 p.m. Advance ticket are $10, adults, $12 at the door. 8th Pastoral Anniversary
The Pastor’s Aide Auxiliary along with St. Michael Baptist Church family of New Zion will be celebrating Phillip and Elect-Lady Francine Boyd eighth pastoral anniversary on Sunday, October 4, at 4 p.m. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Colin Giles of Wilson Chapel First Baptist Church. Everyone is invited to come out and attend.
Joy Night Service
Wilson United Methodist Church will sponsor a Joy Night Service on Saturday, October 10, at 7 p.m. The evangelist for the Joy Night will be Rev. Richard McClary. Everyone is invited to come, worship and give praises to God.
Pack a Pew
The Williamsburg Presbyterian Church is celebrating “Pack a Pew’ on Sunday, October 4. The public is cordially invited to join us at 11 a.m. for worship service and then we will have a “picnic on the patio’ and enjoy some Christian fellowship together.
The Williamsburg Presbyterian Church is located at 411 N. Academy St. in Kingstree. Pastor David Ruth will have an inspirational message for all who attend.

Revival
St. Mary United Methodist Church on the Sumter Hwy. will be having their fall revival beginning Wednesday night, October 14 to Friday, October 16. Service will begin 7:30 p.m. nightly. Speakers will be the Rev. J.P. Thomas and the Rev. Norman Gamble.
Homecoming service will be held on the third Sunday, October 18, at 3:30 p.m. Guest speaker will be the Rev. Clifford Levine of Bethel AME Church of Salters.
Teachings From The Ark

Teachings From The Ark’s Pantry will be open to the public, Saturday, October 24, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at 101 E. Main St, Kingstree. All recipients are required to show a current valid photo I.D. card in order to receive commodities.
Yard Sale
A huge yard sale will be held at Greeleyville Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on Saturday, October 3, from 7:30 a.m. until. Sale items include dishes, glassware, 10 eight ft. tables, bed linens, etc. Cakes, pies and cookies will also be on sale. The church is located at 136 Varner Ave., Greeleyville.
Homecoming
Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Kingstree, will observe its annual homecoming celebration on Sunday, October 11, during its morning worship service. Guest speaker for this monument us occasion is Dr. James H. Salley, associate vice chancellor for Africa University of Zimbabwe. The public is invited. The annual homecoming celebration will be held October 5 to October 11. The theme is “Coming Home: A journey to 142 years.”

Church Yard Sale
Church annual yard sale to be held, Saturday, October 3, at First Assembly of God, 872 Sumter Hwy., Kingstree, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. The church is located about three miles on Hwy. 527.
Pumpkin Patch
Kingstree Community Youth will be sponsoring their annual “Pumpkin Patch” beginning Monday, October 19 to Thursday, October 30, at Kingstree United Methodist Church located at 510 N. Longstreet St. Operating hours will be from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Please come out and pick the perfect pumpkin for your family or business from our patch. We will also be hosting “Story Time” in the patch on Mondays through Fridays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Schools, daycares and other child-oriented organizations are invited to join us. Homecoming
Scranton Pentecostal Holiness Church is having their annual homecoming service, Sunday, October 11, beginning at 10 a.m. The Singing Couriers will be the featured singers during the service. Everyone is invited to attend. Dinner will follow in the fellowship hall after the service.
Blessed Angela Meal
On Oct. 27, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., St. Ann Catholic Center at 908 Thorne Ave. in Kingstree offers a free hot lunch. Everyone is welcome. This meal is offered on the last Tuesday of each month all year long.
Free Breakfast
Greater Bethel AME Church will be serving a free hot breakfast on the last Friday of each month until further notice from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. The church is located at 308 W. Main St., Kingstree. Everyone is welcome.

Fellowship Breakfast
St. Michael United Methodist Church of the Cedar Swamp community will have a fellowship breakfast every fourth Sunday morning from 8-9 a.m., studying the book of Ezekeial. The Rev. Dr. Charles R., Jr. is the pastor.
