Noonday Prayer - St. Paul United Methodist Church, 3733 Thurgood Marshall Hwy., Kingstree, will be open for noonday prayer on Wednesdays. We invite anyone who wants to come in and spend time with God to stop by and pray as long as they would like.  The church will open at 12 p.m. and remain open until after Bible Study at 6 p.m.  All are welcome to share in our Bible Study as well.

 

Program - Lady Christ-N-Ty Youth Ministry sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month. If you are looking for youth to come to your church to perform praise dancing and singing, lifting the name of Jesus. For more information contact TeaTon at ladychrist_n_ty@yahoo. com.

 

Ministry - Lady Christ-N-Ty Youth Outfield Ministry Bible study will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 p.m. until. The Bible study will be held at Hwy. 52, the  Powell Trailer Park. Refreshments will follow.

 

Services - The Church of God and True Holiness, 1185 Thorne Avenue, Kingstree,  invites everyone to join us in our weekly services. Services are 1st and 3rd Sundays at 9 a.m. with Sunday School and Praise service at 10 a.m. Praise/Worship on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and Bible study every 2nd and 4th Sundays and Thursday nights at True Holiness Church of Deliverance II, 229 N. McQueen St., Florence. Apostle James A. Pratt, Jr. is the pastor.

 

Activities - Christ “N” Me Youth Outfield Ministry activities will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Throw and catch, puzzles, games, singing, and dancing and so much more. Refreshments will be served. Pick-up and drop-off are available.

 

Yard Sale - Corrie House Garments of Grace Ministries of Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, located at the end of Sandy Bay Rd., will have an indoor yard sale every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

Youth Ministry - Lady Christ-Is-Ty Youth Ministry will be ministering at Interfaith Project Park in Kingstree every Saturday from 4 p.m. until.  There will be singing and praise dancing.

 

Youth Program - Christ “N” Me sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month.  If you are looking for the youth to come out to your church, please contact TeaTon at (843) 356-7397.

 

Donations - P.A.T.H. is seeking donations to help restore the house for the needy and the homeless on the corner of Gee Street and Stallion Road. For more information contact LaSheila Green at (843) 244-8703.

 

Evangelistic Service - Shekinah Temple will be having an evangelistic service on Friday, January 18, at 7 p.m. Guest speaker will be Apostle Wordell Fulmore, pastor of Unity Holiness Church. The pastor is Jane McCrea. The church is located at 5529 US Hwy. 521 (Andrews Hwy.), Salters.

Anniversary - Prince of Missionary Baptist Church family, 933 Cowhead Rd., Hemingway, invites you to come and help them celebrate their third church anniversary on Sunday, January 13, at 4 p.m. The Rev. James Williams, Sr. is the pastor.

 

Teachings From The Ark - Teachings From The Ark announces the following events for the month of January. January 9, 10, and 11, recertification of food pantry applications for 2013 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. January 12, Dr. Martin Luther King Day celebration Gospel play”Let The Church Roll On” at 6 p.m.

January 19, movie, admission is $3, adults, and $2, children with free refreshments at 11: 30 a.m. January 26, Teachings All events start at 12 p.m. except food pantry application recertification, gospel play, movie, and food pantry. Teachings From The Ark’s Food Pantry will be open to the public, Saturday, January 19, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at 101 East Main Street, Kingstree. All recipients are required to show a current valid photo I.D. in order to receive commodities. No exceptions.

 

Revival - The Youth Missionary Department of East Lake City will host their annual “Youth Missionary Revival” from Wednesday, January 16  to Friday, January 18,  at 7:30 p.m.  The speaker for the revival will be the Rev. Jack Peterson, pastor of New Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church of  Lake City. There will be a Missionary Workshop on Saturday, January 19, at 9 a.m.  The speaker for the workshop will be announced later. The revival will conclude on Sunday, January 20, at 4 p.m. with a Missionary Program.  The speaker for this blessed event will be Evang. Dr. Lue Salters, pastor of East Lake City. The church is located at 1847 McCutcheon Road, Lake City.

 

Singing - The LeFevre Quartet will be with Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church for the morning worship service on Sunday, January 13. The worship service will begin at 10:30 am. The church is located at 188 Delos Rd., Kingstree.
