ESTHER KELLAHAN, ANDREWS

Esther Mae Fulton Kellahan, 84, widow of Carroll Lee Kellahan, Sr., died Friday, February 1, 2013. A Going Home Celebration was held Monday, February 4, 2013, at the Happy Home Original Free Will Baptist Church. Burial, directed by Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home, followed at Ivey Cemetery. Mrs. Kellahan was born April 24, 1928 in Andrews, the daughter of the late Waitus Fulton and Beulah Fulton. She was a member of the Happy Home Original Free Will Baptist Church where over the years she served in the Women’s Ministry and nursery. She committed her life to acts of selfless giving, fervent prayer, and an unconditional love to earn her the distinguished title – Beloved Mother. A brother, Weldon Fulton, and a sister, Louise Fulton Gray, preceded her in death. Survivors are: six children, Shirley Grant (George), Pansy Morris (Johnny), Carolyn Player (Ronnie), Jackie Martin (Bruce), Donna Piatt (Roy) and Lee Kellahan (Lisa); one brother, Lawrence Fulton; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
