Funeral services for Infant David George “DJ” Mixon, Jr., conducted by the Rev. Herman Ford, were held Friday, September 7, 2012, at Clauddie Henryhand Memorial Chapel of Kingstree. Burial, directed by Henryhand Funeral Home, followed at Mt. Zion AME Church Cemetery of Andrews. Infant Mixon died Sunday, September 2, 2012, in Greenville. He was born June 17, 2012, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital of Georgetown, the son of Casey and David Mixon, Sr.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, are: siblings, Ny’Asia “Ny” Washington and Rahiem “Fatdaddy” Eaddy; his grandparents, Donel Holmes, Mary Grant (Joseph), Lucinda Mixon and Anthony Mixon; and his great-grandparents, Bertell Bellamy and David Cosby (Katie).
