Funeral services for Dave White, conducted by Elder James Rush, were held Sunday, July 1, 2012, at Clauddie Henryhand Memorial Chapel of Kingstree, directed by Henryhand Funeral Home. Mr. White died Friday, June 22, 2012. He was born March 7, 1953, a son of the late Francis Marie White and Moses Hanna, Sr. He attended the public schools of Williamsburg County. Survivors are: his wife, Cleo White of the home; one son, Davey Preston (Valentina Hucks) of Georgetown; his siblings, Leatha Howard of New York City, New York; Moses Hanna, Jr., Charles Hanna (Amanda), Willie H. Ethel, Moses Hanna, III, Alberta Hanna, Karen Hanna and Leroy Hanna (Norma), all of Rochester, New York; and a niece he took as his own, Lyasia S. White.
