County optimistic about federal funds for port dredging

Georgetown County leaders hope at least $9 million in federal funding for the Georgetown Port dredging project will be included in a fiscal year 2015 appropriations bill, but, as of yet, neither U.S. Rep. Tom Rice or U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham have come through with any money.
