Boys to Men meeting
Williamsburg County Boys to Men Club, Inc. will meet each Tuesday evening in the Kingstree Elementary School Annex Character Academy Library on North Academy Street at 6 p.m. All concerned parents are welcome. For additional information call (843) 355-5967.
St. Ann Summer Programs
St. Ann Outreach Center located at 908 Thorne Avenue is offering the following summer programs and assistance.
Blessed Angela Meal Days: On the last Tuesday of July and every month, there is a cooked lunch for all from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. These meals are prepared by area churches. During the meal, free legal aid is also provided with a certified provider. Please invite your friends. Everyone is welcomed.
Takeout Bag Lunches: On the last Wednesday of July and August from 11 a.m. to noon, you can pick up a free bag lunch with a sandwich and drink to take home and enjoy. You must come in person to receive the bag lunch. This is provided by a First Steps grant for healthy nutrition.
Summer Programs: Monday, July 28 and Wednesday, July 30 we will have Bible Camp Fun Days for school age children from five to eight years old from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Our friends from the Williamsburg Presbyterian Church and four Felician Sisters will provide music and art and stories that will bring us all to know Jesus better.

Healthy Cooking Classes: Monday, July 28, Tuesday, July 29 and Wednesday, July 30 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., we will have Healthy Cooking Classes for children from ages nine to 12 years old. The kids will prepare a meal, eat the meal and take home a bag of groceries to make the same meal at home.

Women-n-Power Prayer

Call to Revival
Pastor David Boos of Hebron Independent Church invites all pastors, church leaders and interested lay men and women to join with him in a time of prayer and fellowship on Saturday morning, July 26 beginning at 8 a.m. The first hour will be a time of directed prayer for revival and reconciliation in our county’s churches, followed by a brief time of fellowship. The 9:30 service will feature a time of worship and praise, an intensive Bible study on the “Call to Revival” and prayer. This “call” is for all pastors, ministers, church leaders and other interested Christians who believed that the basic problems of our city, county and country are not political, economic or social but spiritual and that they will required a spiritual remedy. This gathering is for those who agree that the only spiritual and that they will require a spiritual remedy. This gathering is for those who agree that the only spiritual remedy that will work is a return to the one true God who is revealed through His word and through the Lord Jesus Christ, and who feel that such revival will not take place until pastors and church workers can lay aside the differences that divide and embrace the Savior who unites all in one body. Bible School
Hebron Independent Church, 1424 Hebron Rd., Cades, will have their mid-summer Vacation Bible School from Monday, July 21 through Friday, July 25. Classes for children and parents will begin at 6:30 each evening. The theme is “Son World” and Pastor David Boos will be teaching a class for parents on the same materials the children will be receiving. The Vacation Bible School will kick-off with a Saturday rally on July 19 beginning at 12 noon. There will be a waterslide, a jump castle and other events.
A hot dog lunch will be served. The rally and the Vacation Bible School are open to all children and adults of the Hebron area; registrations for V.B.S. can be made at the rally.

Youth Extravaganza
A Chosen General Youth Extravaganza is scheduled for Saturday, August 16 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Williamsburg County Complex, located on Main St. in Kingstree.
As a part of this event, we will have a Youth Extravaganza workshop choir. We would love for your youth choir/youth ministry to come together with other young people to make this success for the kingdom of God. The choir will culminate the event as the grand finale on that evening. If your youth can participate, please contact us by Friday, August 1. Annual Convention
Thirty-ninth annual session of the Oak Grove United American Freewill Baptist Church, Inc. North and South Carolina Annual Convention will be held at the New Friendship Free Will Baptist Church of Kingstree. Revival: July 22 to July 24 at 7 p.m., different speakers each night. July 25 service will begin at 7 p.m. July 26 service will begin at 6 p.m. at Brown’s Bar-B-Que. July 27 service will begin at 11 a.m.
Women’s Conference
The Evangelism Department of St. Paul United Methodist Church presents its Women’s Conference 2008 on Friday, August 15 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, August 16 at 9 a.m. Our theme this year will be “Dressed up but messed up.” Our speaker on Friday night will be Pastor Sandra Evans of Temple of Deliverance of Dillon. The speaker for Saturday morning will be Pastor Regina Belue of The River Church of Andrews. Come and join us and let the spirit of God flow within the presence of his anointing. Blessed Angela Meal
On July 29, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., St. Ann Catholic Center at 908 Thorns Ave. in Kingstree offers a free hot lunch. Everyone is welcome. This meal is offered on the last Tuesday of each month all year long.
