Kingstree NAACP chapter hosts prayer vigil (video)

After a June 17, shooting that claimed the lives of nine people at the Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, local citizens gathered at the Williamsburg County Courthouse for a prayer vigil.

The Kingstree chapter of the NAACP hosted the vigil. Local political leaders as well as citizens attended.

Other vigils have been held at several local churches.
