Two-car crash sends three to hospital

A two-car crash on Monday, August 25, sent three people to the hospital. According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, a Buick and a pickup were traveling West on Highway 261 when the driver of the Buick went to make a left turn into a driveway and was struck by a pickup that was attempting to pass at the same time. The driver of the Buick was charged with failure to yield the right-of-way. The vehicles were in a legal passing zone and the driver of the truck had established the lane. PHOTO BY MICHAELE DUKE

A two-car crash on Monday, August 25, sent three people to the hospital.
