Reggie China, Greeleyville - Funeral services for Reggie “Hog” China, conducted by Pastor Harry Robinson, Sr., were held Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at Upon This Rock Church Ministries of Greeleyville. Burial, directed by Henryhand Funeral Home, followed at St. James Baptist Church Cemetery of Greeleyville. Mr. China died Friday, July 18, 2014, at McLeod Hospice House of Florence. He was born June 22, 1953, the son of Bateman “Juicy” and Jannie Mae McKnight China. He attended Williamsburg Training School of Greeleyville. He loved farming, and later he became a construction worker. One brother, David China, preceded him in death.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, are: five brothers, Soloman China (Mamie Lee) of Kingstree; Darryl Wade China, Larry China (Lorraine), Bruce China, and Michael China, all of Greeleyville; four sisters, Rose Ann China and Sandra Keels (Clarence), both of Greeleyville; Prophetess Pearl Ann Robinson (Pastor Harry) of Manning; and Patsy Tynes of Ft. Washington, Maryland.
