Bettie Brayboy, Kingstree - Funeral services for Mrs. Bettie Jean Brayboy, conducted by Bishop Dr. O. D. Fulton, were held Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Sandridge Believers Holiness Church. Burial, directed by McClary’s Funeral Home, followed at Greenlawn Cemetery. Mrs. Brayboy, a retired nursing assistant, died Friday, July 18, 2014, at Carolina Medical Center. She was born October 6, 1945, in Kingstree, the daughter of Harold and Pearl Brayboy. She was a member of Sandridge Believers Holiness Church.Survivors are: four sons, Dennis Brayboy and Randall Fulton, both of Florence; Shawn Brayboy of Atlanta, Georgia; and Roderick Brayboy of Charlotte, North Carolina; one daughter, Valerie McFadden of Charlotte, North Carolina; two brothers, Ernest Fulton of Stockridge, Georgia; and Benson Bradley of Conway; and two sisters, Nancy Elane Fulton of Bridgeport, Connecticut; and Martha Ann Fulton of Kingstree. Pallbearers were John Burgess, Deacon Ray Burgess, Larry Brayboy, Deacon Augusta Bradley, Deacon Johnny Glasscho, Nathaniel Brayboy, and LeVan Glasscho.
