Dianne Fulton, Cades - Dianne “Di” Fulton of Cades, 57, died Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at her resident. Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. Brian L. Williams and Pastor Anthony Gilliard, were held Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Greater Bethel AME Church of Kingstree. Burial, directed by Redmond-Richardson Funeral Home, followed at Greenlawn Cemetery of Kingstree. Ms. Fulton was born December 2, 1956, in Williamsburg County, the daughter of Magaline Fulton Brockington and the late James Singletary. Two sisters, Gwen Pressley and Tangela McBride, preceded her in death. She received her formal education in the public schools of Williamsburg County and graduated from Kingstree Senior High School in 1974. She was a member of Greater Bethel AME Church, where she was a member of the hospitality committee. She was formerly employed by the Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Department for many years. Survivors, in addition to her mother of Kingstree, are: two sons, Eric L. Fulton (Stacie) of Orangeburg; and Travis J. Fulton of the home; one daughter, Lameka Prunes (Jose) of Kingstree; two brothers, Alvin Segars of Marion; and Cecil Williams of Lake City; five sisters: Delores Fulton (Alvin) of Atlanta, Georgia; Joyce Cooper (Levern) and Barbara Jones (Mikiel “Michael”), both of Kingstree; Linda Segars of Columbia; and Maurrow “Myra” Hill (Nathaniel) of Moncks Corner; five grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.
