Isaiah Small, Moncks Corner

Funeral services for Isaiah “Ike” Small, conducted by the Rev. Oscar Cash, Jr., were held Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at Anderson Baptist Church of Moncks Corner. Burial, directed by Henryhand Funeral Home, followed at Anderson Baptist Church Cemetery of Moncks Corner. Mr. Small died Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Hospice of Charleston in Mt. Pleasant. He was born April 7, 1954, in Moncks Corner, the son of Ethel Mae Small and the late Aaron Small, Sr. He received his formal education in the public schools of Berkeley County. His last career was truck driving. A brother, Levi Small, preceded him in death. Survivors, in addition to his mother, are: his wife, Mrs. Shirley Ann Small of Moncks Corner; one sister, Patricia Reaves of Moncks Corner; two brothers, Aaron Smalls, Jr. of Moncks Corner; and Dan W. Small of Bridgeton, New Jersey; and four children reared as his own, Earlwin Pinckney and Vonita Johnson (Mario), both of St. Stephen; Byron Fayall of Spartanburg; and Omar Fayall of Alvin. Pallbearers were C.J. Wright, Vincent Codes, Charles Wright, Mike Bryant, Antwan Gibbs, and Michael White.
