Hugh Leatherman becomes Senate president; Yancey McGill becomes lieutenant governor

COLUMBIA - State Sen. Hugh Leatherman of Florence has been elected the new president pro tempore of the S.C. Senate, ending a fall of dominoes that began when Lt.
