Noonday Prayer - St. Paul United Methodist Church, 3733 Thurgood Marshall Hwy., Kingstree, will be open for noonday prayer on Wednesdays. We invite anyone who wants to come in and spend time with God to stop by and pray as long as they would like.

The church will open at 12 p.m. and remain open until after Bible Study at 6 p.m. All are welcome to share in our Bible Study as well.

Program - Lady Christ-N-Ty Youth Ministry sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month. If you are looking for youth to come to your church to perform praise dancing and singing, lifting the name of Jesus. For more information contact TeaTon at ladychrist_n_ty@yahoo. com.

Services - The Church of God and True Holiness, 1185 Thorne Avenue, Kingstree, invites everyone to join us in our weekly services. Services are 1st and 3rd Sundays at 9 a.m. with Sunday School and Praise service at 10 a.m. Praise/Worship on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and Bible study every 2nd and 4th Sundays and Thursday nights at True Holiness Church of Deliverance II, 229 N. McQueen St., Florence. Apostle James A. Pratt, Jr. is the pastor.

Activities - Christ “N” Me Youth Outfield Ministry activities will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Throw and catch, puzzles, games, singing, and dancing and so much more. Refreshments will be served. Pick-up and drop-off are available.

Yard Sale - Corrie House Garments of Grace Ministries of Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, located at the end of Sandy Bay Rd., will have an indoor yard sale every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Youth Ministry - Lady Christ-Is-Ty Youth Ministry will be ministering at Interfaith Project Park in Kingstree every Saturday from 4 p.m. until. There will be singing and praise dancing.

Program - Through The Storm Outreach, Inc., a Maternity Group Home located in Kingstree, has beds available for youth ages 16 to 22. They will come pick the youth up from your facility and intake them into their program for up to 540 days. There are five beds available for pregnant and parenting girls. Assistance - Through The Storm Outreach Ministries, Inc. helps homeless and runaway teenage girls, who are homeless between the ages 14 to 22. The organization is located behind the Kingstree Church of Christ, 1286 Sumter Hwy., Kingstree. For more information call (843) 382-4660 or (888) 819-1796 toll free 24-hour hotline.

Health Screening - The Nursing Department of Francis Marion University has been approved to provide free health screenings every Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Felician Center located at 1000 Thorne Avenue, Kingstree.

Pastoral Anniversary - Prophetess Janet L. McCrea, pastor of Shekinah Temple, along with her church family will be celebrating her third pastoral anniversary on Thursday, May 15 and Friday, May 16, at 7 p.m. and May 18, at 5 p.m.Thursday’s speaker is Pastor Janie Stukes from Living Word Ministry of Goose Creek Friday’s speaker is Pastor Cheryl Graham from Salvation Ministries of Manning Sunday’s speaker is Pastor Carrie Simmons from The Father’s House Outreach Ministries of Florence The church is located at 5592 US Highway 521, Salters.

Prayer Warriors‚ A Celebration - You are invited to come and rejoice in the Lord at the eighth Prayer Warriors‚ A Celebration to take place on Sunday, May 25, at 4 p.m. at the True Word of Faith Worship Center, 2049 Williamsburg County Hwy., Kingstree.

The speaker for the occasion will be the Rev. Samuel L. Dennis, pastor of Canaan Nation AME Church. Presiding will be Min. Quinton Graham, asst. pastor of True Word of Faith and the pastor of True Word of Faith Worship Center is the Rev. James A. Graham, Sr.

Baby Contest - St. Paul AME Church, 8506 Hemingway Hwy. 261, invites you to come celebrate God with our youth for our End-of-Spring Youth Service/Baby Contest on Sunday, May 25, at 10 a.m. Anyone with children ages zero to three years old wanting to participate in the baby contest should contact Steven Barr at (843) 244-0517 or Michael Barr at (843) 244-0901.

Dinners for sell -Greater Bethel AME Church will be selling dinners on Friday, June 13, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Worship Service -Pastor Brian L. Williams and the Greater Bethel AME Church Family cordially invite you to join them for the Kingstree District Worship Service on Sunday, May 18, at 4 p.m. The speaker for this occasion will be the Rev. Herbert L. Temoney, pastor of Greater St. Luke AME Church of Charleston. A great move in the Lord is anticipated.
