Noonday Prayer - St. Paul United Methodist Church, 3733 Thurgood Marshall Hwy., Kingstree, will be open for noonday prayer on Wednesdays. We invite anyone who wants to come in and spend time with God to stop by and pray as long as they would like.
The church will open at 12 p.m. and remain open until after Bible Study at 6 p.m. All are welcome to share in our Bible Study as well.

Program - Lady Christ-N-Ty Youth Ministry sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month. If you are looking for youth to come to your church to perform praise dancing and singing, lifting the name of Jesus. For more information contact TeaTon at ladychrist_n_ty@yahoo. com.

Services - The Church of God and True Holiness, 1185 Thorne Avenue, Kingstree, invites everyone to join us in our weekly services. Services are 1st and 3rd Sundays at 9 a.m. with Sunday School and Praise service at 10 a.m. Praise/Worship on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and Bible study every 2nd and 4th Sundays and Thursday nights at True Holiness Church of Deliverance II, 229 N. McQueen St., Florence. Apostle James A. Pratt, Jr. is the pastor.

Activities - Christ "N" Me Youth Outfield Ministry activities will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Throw and catch, puzzles, games, singing, and dancing and so much more. Refreshments will be served. Pick-up and drop-off are available.

Yard Sale - Corrie House Garments of Grace Ministries of Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, located at the end of Sandy Bay Rd., will have an indoor yard sale every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Youth Ministry - Lady Christ-Is-Ty Youth Ministry will be ministering at Interfaith Project Park in Kingstree every Saturday from 4 p.m. until. There will be singing and praise dancing.

Youth Program - Christ "N" Me sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month. If you are looking for the youth to come out to your church, please contact TeaTon at (843) 356-7397.

Program - Through The Storm Outreach, Inc., a Maternity Group Home located in Kingstree, has beds available for youth ages 16 to 22. They will come pick the youth up from your facility and intake them into their program for up to 540 days. There are five beds available for pregnant and parenting girls. Services - Free income tax filing services and FAFSA applications will be provided in two locations. Lee County Adult Education, 123 E. College St., Bishopville, (803) 482-4040 on Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Goodwill Job-Link Center, 1028 Broad St., Sumter, (803) 774-5006 on Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday, appointments only. Assistance - Through The Storm Outreach Ministries, Inc. helps homeless and runaway teenage girls, who are homeless between the ages 14 to 22. Health Screening - The Nursing Department of Francis Marion University has been approved to provide free health screenings every Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Felician Center located at 1000 Thorne Avenue, Kingstree.    

Program - The 77th annual 100 Women in White Program will be held Sunday, April 27, at 3 p.m. at Mt. Clair Missionary Baptist Church, Lake City.
The speaker of the evening will be Elder Pearl Major of House of God # 1 Holiness Church, White Oak.

Clothes Giveaway - Kingstree Church of Christ, 1288 Sumter Hwy., Kingstree, will have a clothes giveaway on Saturday, April 19, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Easter Egg Drop - Kingstree First Assembly will host its fourth annual Easter Egg Drop on Saturday, April 19. The event is free and is open to the public. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m., and the eggs will drop from the helicopter at 11 a.m. This year there will be 20,000 eggs, giant inflatables, and a concession stand. In addition, there will be a visit from the Easter Bunny. The event is open to all ages; however, the actual hunt is for children ages two to 12. Teachings From The Ark - Teachings From The Ark announces the following events during the month April, and May. April 19 Family Movie at 11:30 a.m. Food pantry open to the public from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at 101 E. Main Street, Kingstree. All recipients are required to show a current valid photo I.D. in order to receive commodities. No exceptions. April 26 Meditation Day at 12 p.m. May 3 Adult/children Spring Gala Fashion Show at 6 p.m. All events are at 105 E. Main Street, Kingstree. Friends and Family Day - Faith United Methodist Church, 60 Credence Lp., Kingstree (White Oak Community) will be celebrating their 24th annual Friends and Family Day on Sunday, May 4, at 10 a.m. Dinner will be served. The Rev. Donald McAllister is the pastor.

Program - Mt. Clair Missionary Baptist Church of Lake City and our Women's sector would like to invite you to our seventh annual 100 Women in White Program (accented with shades of yellow) Sunday, April 27, at 3 p.m. Presenter of the evening will be Elder Pearl Major of House of God #1 Holiness Church of White Oak, where the pastor of the church is Bishop Amos Major. The pastor is Rev. W.L. Thompson.

Musical/Drama - A musical/drama presentation entitled, “Give God the Glory” at Mt. Zion AME Church in the Bloomingvale Community on Saturday, April 19, at 6 p.m. take a break from the Easter rush and come let our church choirs, soloists, and dramatists sing you happy, or make you laugh and cry as you relax and praise the Lord as we give God the glory together. The musical/drama was written and directed by the Rev. Gloria Barr Ford and produced by Sister Myra Wiggins. The Rev. Herman Ford, Jr. is the pastor.

Women's Day Program - Mt. Zion United Methodist Women will celebrate its annual Women's Day Program on April 27, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. The speaker for this event will be Dr. Evelyn Fulmore, a native of Lake City.

Yard Sale - World's largest yard sale will be held Saturday, May 3, beginning at 8 a.m. in Grace Hall adjacent to Williamsburg Presbyterian Church, 411 N. Academy St., Kingstree.
Items range from baby furniture and toys to household goods and furniture. Many interesting items. Come out and make a deal rain or shine!!

Anniversary - St. Michael Baptist Church Gospel Choir will be celebrating their 44th anniversary on Sunday, April 20, beginning at 4:00 p.m.  Everyone is invited to attend.

Women's Day Service - St. Michael Holiness Church, 200 Bill Clinton St., Lake City, will have its annual Women's Day Service on Sunday, May 4, at 4 p.m.
