Cheryl Selph, Kingstree - Cheryl Nixon Selph, 51, died Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at McLeod Regional Medical Center of Florence. Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. Franklin Fulmore, Sr., were held Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at St. Paul AME Church of Cades. Burial, directed by Redmond-Richardson Funeral Home, followed at White Oak Cemetery of Lake City. Ms. Selph was born March 2, 1963, in Bronx, New York, the daughter of Edward and Allean Smith Nixon. She was educated in the public schools of Williamsburg County and graduated in 1983. She was employed at the Compass Cove Resort of Myrtle Beach. She attended St. Paul AME Church of Cades. She was married to Anthony Selph, Sr. Survivors are: one daughter, Kameshia Nixon (Jermont Brown) of Kingstree; two sons, Stufon Nixon of Charleston; and Anthony Selph, Jr. of Columbia; three sisters, Diane Nixon Gamble and Adiesa Nixon Burgess, both of Kingstree; and Charlene Nixon of Bronx, New York; and three grandchildren.
