Celestine “Tina” Daniels, 59, died Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at Carolinas Hospital System of Florence. Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. Donald McAllister and Bishop Floyd Knowlin, were held Saturday, January 11, 2014, at Faith United Methodist Church of Kingstree. Burial, directed by Redmond-Richardson Funeral Home, followed at Faith UMC Cemetery of Kingstree. Ms. Daniels was born August 7, 1954, in Lake City, the daughter of - the late Prince Daniels, Sr. and Eva Mae McCrea Daniels. She received her education in the public schools of Williamsburg County and graduated from Cades-Hebron High School in 1973. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. Although she received her nurse’s aide certification from Williamsburg Technical College after high school, she worked in textile manufacturing during her years of employment. Survivors are: her lifetime companion, Richard McClam of Lake City; two daughters, Christina D. Mosley (Adrian) of Spartanburg; and Scarlet Daniels (Leron Cobb) of Florence; three sisters, Min. Janie D. Driffin of Greeleyville; Mrs. Earlene James (Bobby) of Lake City; and Mrs. Ida Salters of Georgetown; and four grandchildren.
