Funeral services for the Rev. Mother Inez T. Fulton, conducted by the Rev. William McClary, the Rev. Leroy Epps and other ministers, were held Sunday, December 15, 2013, at the Apostolic Faith Holiness Church of Kingstree. Burial, directed by Pressley’s Funeral Home, followed at Greenlawn Cemetery. The Rev. Mother Fulton died Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at Williamsburg Regional Hospital of Kingstree. She was born February 2, 1918, in Williamsburg County, Kingstree, the daughter of the late Sam Tisdale and Melvina Shaw Tisdale. She was educated in the public schools of Williamsburg County. She was married to the late Robert Fulton, Sr. Two sons, Robert Fulton, Jr. and Willie Lee Fulton, and an adopted daughter, Earline Perkins, preceded her in death. She worked and retired from Rosco Dry Cleaners after over 40 years of service. She was a member of the Apostolic Faith Holiness Church, where she served as teacher and preacher of the gospel, Mother of the Church, member of the Senior Choir, member of the Gospel Harmonettes, Kitchen Committee, served as acting assistant pastor from 1989-1992 for the Apostolic Faith Church of Florence. Survivors are: one granddaughter Wanda Renee Elliott of Durham, North Carolina; a niece, Alice Johnson of Kingstree; one daughter-in-law, Louise M. Fulton of Kingstree; and one great-granddaughter.
