Funeral services for Theron Lee June, conducted by the Rev. Levern O. Brown, were held Sunday, November 24, 2013, at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Kingstree. Burial, directed by Henryhand Funeral Home, followed at Antioch Missionary Baptist Churchyard Cemetery of Kingstree. Mr. June died Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at his resident. He was born August 6, 1963, in Williamsburg County, the son of Dorothy Tisdale June  and the late Elbert June. He attended the public schools of Williamsburg County. He was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Kingstree. He was a cook at Pan American and Plantation House of Myrtle Beach. A sister, Rosa Vernell June, preceded him in death. Survivors, in addition to his mother of Kingstree, are: his wife, Ada Jackson June; two daughters, Alicia Kinder (Neon) and Keshia McClary, both of Kingstree; three sisters, Venessa Buffkin (Willie), Marie Brown (Eugene), and Leslie June, all of Kingstree; six brothers, Micheal Tisdale, Carl June, Kenny June (Cassandra), all of Kingstree; Clayton June of Atlanta, Georgia; and James Tisdale and Gregory (Renee) Shaw, both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; his grandmother, Sennie Battle; and three grandchildren.
