Noonday Prayer - St. Paul United Methodist Church, 3733 Thurgood Marshall Hwy., Kingstree, will be open for noonday prayer on Wednesdays. We invite anyone who wants to come in and spend time with God to stop by and pray as long as they would like.  The church will open at 12 p.m. and remain open until after Bible Study at 6 p.m.  All are welcome to share in our Bible Study as well.   Program - Lady Christ-N-Ty Youth Ministry sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month. If you are looking for youth to come to your church to perform praise dancing and singing, lifting the name of Jesus. For more information contact TeaTon at ladychrist_n_ty@yahoo. com.   Services - The Church of God and True Holiness, 1185 Thorne Avenue, Kingstree,  invites everyone to join us in our weekly services. Services are 1st and 3rd Sundays at 9 a.m. with Sunday School and Praise service at 10 a.m. Praise/Worship on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and Bible study every 2nd and 4th Sundays and Thursday nights at True Holiness Church of Deliverance II, 229 N. McQueen St., Florence. Apostle James A. Pratt, Jr. is the pastor.   Activities - Christ “N” Me Youth Outfield Ministry activities will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Throw and catch, puzzles, games, singing, and dancing and so much more. Refreshments will be served. Pick-up and drop-off are available.   Yard Sale - Corrie House Garments of Grace Ministries of Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, located at the end of Sandy Bay Rd., will have an indoor yard sale every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.   Youth Ministry - Lady Christ-Is-Ty Youth Ministry will be ministering at Interfaith Project Park in Kingstree every Saturday from 4 p.m. until.  There will be singing and praise dancing.   Youth Program - Christ “N” Me sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month. If you are looking for the youth to come out to your church, please contact TeaTon at (843) 356-7397.   Parade of States - The Awesome Family of God Ministry! On the Move Again!, sponsored by Apostle Angela Jennette Wilson and Family, will have Parade of States on February 15, 2014, at the Williamsburg County Complex from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please call (843) 372-5108 to be added to the program. In the Parade of States individuals will name something or someone important and tell why or what was important about it. There will also be community gospel and a Praise Fest.   Revival - Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Family invites you to their revival from Monday, December 2 to Wednesday, December 4, at 7 p.m. nightly. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Timothy Hayes Gainey, pastor of Edisto Fork United Methodist Church of Orangeburg. The Rev. J. Jeannette’ Cooper is the pastor of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 701 St. John Street, Kingstree.   ANGEL TREE - An ANGEL TREE of needs is up in the Main St. branch of First Citizens Bank. The Felician Sisters interview all applicants for the “needs” of children.  Approximately 150 children will receive gifts from the ANGEL TREE.  Everyone is invited to stop by the bank and take a tag to purchase a gift for a child.  The families served truly appreciate it.  The drive ends December 6.   Program - The Lay Organization of Greater St. Mark AME Church cordially invites you to a 100 Men in Black and 100 Ladies in White program on December, December 15,  at 4 p.m. The church is located at 1297 Old Georgetown Road, Hemingway. The Rev. Arthur W. Ford is the pastor. The Rev. Dr. Charles McLamore, pastor of Bethel AME Church of Britton’s Neck will be the guest speaker.   Teachings From The Ark - Teachings From The Ark announces the following events for the month of December. December 7  and December 28, teachings. December 14 Christmas program. December 21 movie, admission is $3, adults and $2, children with free refreshments at 11:30 a.m. All events start at 12 p.m. except movie and food pantry. Teachings From The Ark’s Food Pantry will be open to the public Saturday, December 21, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at 101 E. Main St., Kingstree. All recipients are required to show a current valid photo I.D. in order to receive commodities. No exceptions.
