Noonday Prayer - St. Paul United Methodist Church, 3733 Thurgood Marshall Hwy., Kingstree, will be open for noonday prayer on Wednesdays. We invite anyone who wants to come in and spend time with God to stop by and pray as long as they would like.  The church will open at 12 p.m. and remain open until after Bible Study at 6 p.m.  All are welcome to share in our Bible Study as well.   Program - Lady Christ-N-Ty Youth Ministry sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month. If you are looking for youth to come to your church to perform praise dancing and singing, lifting the name of Jesus. Services are 1st and 3rd Sundays at 9 a.m. with Sunday School and Praise service at 10 a.m. Praise/Worship on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and Bible study every 2nd and 4th Sundays and Thursday nights at True Holiness Church of Deliverance II, 229 N. McQueen St., Florence. Apostle James A. Pratt, Jr. is the pastor.   Activities - Christ “N” Me Youth Outfield Ministry activities will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Throw and catch, puzzles, games, singing, and dancing and so much more. Refreshments will be served. Pick-up and drop-off are available.   Yard Sale - Corrie House Garments of Grace Ministries of Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, located at the end of Sandy Bay Rd., will have an indoor yard sale every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.   Youth Ministry - Lady Christ-Is-Ty Youth Ministry will be ministering at Interfaith Project Park in Kingstree every Saturday from 4 p.m. until.  There will be singing and praise dancing.   Youth Program - Christ “N” Me sponsors youth programs every second Sunday of the month. On the Move Again!, sponsored by Apostle Angela Jennette Wilson and Family, will have Parade of States on February 15, 2014, at the Williamsburg County Complex from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please call (843) 372-5108 to be added to the program. In the Parade of States individuals will name something or someone important and tell why or what was important about it. There will also be community gospel and a Praise Fest.   Anniversary - Laurel Swamp Missionary Baptist Church will be celebrating the 13th pastoral anniversary of the Rev. Olin and First Lady Susan Dukes on Sunday, November 17, at 4 p.m. The guest speaker will be Pastor Standy McCray along with the North Kingstree Missionary Baptist Church family. The public is cordially invited to attend. The church is located at 1120 Old Gapway Rd., Salters. Service - Shekinah Temple Church would like to invite you to their Evangelistic Service on Friday, November 15. The guest speaker will Apostle Donald Graham of Salvation Ministries of Manning. November 16, a movie will be held at 11:30 a.m., where admission is $3 adults and $2 children with free refreshments Food pantry at 2 p.m. November 23, Thanksgiving fest. November 30, closed. All events start at 12 p.m. except movie and food pantry. Teachings From The Ark’s Food Pantry will be open to the public Saturday, November 16, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at 101 E. Main Street, Kingstree. All recipients are required to show a current valid photo I.D. in order to receive commodities. No exceptions.   Clothes Giveaway - Kingstree Church of Christ, 1288 Sumter Hwy., Kingstree, will have  clothes giveaways on Saturday, November  30, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Saturday, December 21, from  9 a.m. to 12 p.m.   Women’s Conference - A women’s conference  will be held November 13 to November 17, at the Mega/Omega Ministries, 3147 N. Williamsburg County Hwy., Cades. The schedule is as the following: November 13 to November 15, at 7:30 p.m. nightly; November 16, 11:30 a.m. Internal Cleansing & Healing Center; and November 17, 8:20 a.m. Sunday school and 9 a.m. morning service, closeout service. The speakers will be Asst. Pastor Ruby Graham, Pastor Shawonder Sabb, Pastor Louise  Rouse, Evangelist Doris Godwin, and Co-Pastor Albertha Graham.   Health Screening - St. Paul United Methodist Church, 3733 Thurgood Marshall Hwy., Kingstree, will  host a Community Adult Health Screening on Nove-mber 15, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Free screening for body mass index, blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, vision, and skin and musculoskeletal disorders will be included.  A limited  number of free flu immunizations will be offered.   Anniversary - Siloam Missionary Baptist Church will celebrate their pastor, Terry B. Law’s ninth anniversary November 13, November 14, November 15, and November 17. We are asking the surrounding communities to help us honor our pastor. Wednesday, November 13, will be our friends and family night. Thursday, November 14, minister wives, deaconess, ushers ministry and mothers ministers, will be in charge of honoring our First Lady Phyllis Law. Friday night, November 15, our guest speaker will be pastor I. J. Myers, Mt. Zion #1 Baptist Church of Timmonsville. Sunday, November 17, our 10 a.m. guest speaker will be Pastor Marion Newton, Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church of Sumter. Our 3 p.m. speaker will be Pastor James R. Matthews, Chesterfield Missionary Baptist Church of Long.   Holiday Bazaar - The Ladies’ Society of the Hebron Independent Church will have their annual Holiday Bazaar Saturday, November 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be crafts, bake sale, and a homemade cookie section. The eat in or take out kitchen will be ready to serve at 10 a.m. with your choice of potato soup, vegetable soup with cornbread, chili, and their famous loaded potato bar with all the trimmings. Come early and get your Thanksgiving cakes and pies. Join us at the log church in the Hebron Community for a good time of food and fellowship. All proceeds go towards missions.   Bake Sale - Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church’s Ladies, The Kizzie Scott Circle will have their annual bake sale, crafts and soup and cornbread on November 23. This event will be held at the church’s educational building at 132 Mt. Vernon Rd., off of the Manning Hwy.  They will have baked goods, also canned goods and other homemade items for sale. Their famous selection of Rada knives, sets and individual, will be available. Best of all, there will be a variety of  delicious homemade soups with corn fritters, fixed to go or eat there.   Please plan to stop by. They will be there from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., with the soup served from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.   Turkey Shoot - The R.A.G.E. Youth Group of Sandy Bay P.H. Church will hold a Turkey Shoot on Saturday, November 16, and on Saturday, November 23, from 6 p.m. until.  The event will be held on the ball field directly behind the church and youth building located at 188 Delos Road, Kingstree. Food and homemade desserts will be available.  All proceeds go towards the Youth Belize Mission Trip scheduled for July, 2014.  Come out and support our youth as they work to help spread the gospel in the country of Belize.  For more information please contact Dan Godwin at 382-2569 or Pastor Mike McKenzie at 382-5831.
