Noonday Prayer - St. Paul United Methodist Church, 3733 Thurgood Marshall Hwy., Kingstree, will be open for noonday prayer on Wednesdays. We invite anyone who wants to come in and spend time with God to stop by and pray as long as they would like.
The church will open at 12 p.m. and remain open until after Bible Study at 6 p.m. All are welcome to share in our Bible Study as well.

Ingathering - Central Presbyterian Church annual ingathering will be held Saturday, October 26, at 10 a.m. the bazaar, 12 p.m. lunch; and 1:30 p.m. an auction.
Featured items include quilts, outdoor furniture, baby and children items, handmade crafts, cakes, ceramics, cheese straws, barbecue turkey, Christmas ornaments, Central Cookbooks, plus many more hand crafted items as well as home grown vegetables.

Fall Fest - Cornerstone Ministries of Lake City Fall Fest 2013 will be held Saturday, October 26, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Moore Farms Botantial Garden, rain or shine.
This is a self-guided walking tour on both turf and gravel pathways so please wear comfortable shoes. Guests will tour the garden at their own pace, but keep in mind that walks can last from 20 minutes to several hours, depending on your interest. There are plenty of benches along the way if you need to stop for a rest. There will be a Green House tour beginning at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. This tour will meet at the deck of the Pack House. The garden will close at 3 p.m. Lunch is included with your ticket purchase and we will begin serving at 11 a.m. at the Fire Tower Center. Gospel singing and music will be provided. You may purchase tickets from a church member.
