Man dies in single car crash

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating an October 18, deadly wreck. Around 3:30 AM, a 1996 Acura driven by Christopher Boyd, 26 of Kingstree was traveling west on Red Road, near Highway 261, when it went off the left side of the road and flipped over, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol Lance Cpl. Sonny Collins. According to Williamsburg County Coroner Harrison McKnight, Boyd died from injuries sustained in the crash. Boyd was not wearing a seatbelt.
