Reginald G. Tisdale, son of the late Viola Shaw Tisdale, died Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at his residence in Columbia.
A private memorial was held in Huston, Texas Sunday, October 28, 2012. Burial was held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Kingstree, directed by Dimery and Rogers Funeral Home.
Mr. Tisdale completed his formal education in the public schools of Williamsburg County, graduating from Tomlinson High School. He attended Benedict College of Columbia. He relocated to Columbia, and became a long distance truck driver.
Survivors are: one sister, Mrs. Mildred T. Douglas (Charles) of Kingstree; and one brother, Harry Tisdale of Brooklyn, New York.
